This place is right in the heart of the action, close to all the main tourist spots like Rossio Square and Praça do Comércio. It's super convenient for exploring around here!

This place is conveniently located in the heart of the historic district with extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

Large beds and air conditioner, super fast internet, and bedside cubbies. Good and ideal location on howlong we had to wait when we changed trains;)))

The best low cost hotel I ever visited before now. The staff was pretty friendly throughout the day. I stayed in brand-new room with bathroom, comfortable bed plus amazing running hot water as expected. The location was particularly good and ideal in a nice quiet area, just next door to nearest metro and the blue trolley line. In Docaria Portugal, located nearby I had Chinese meals.

Residencial Joao XXI is an excellent value for a short stay in Lisbon. The room is tidy and has all the essentials you need, such as heating and nightstands.- The customer service is fantastic, offering a shuttle to the airport.- The presence of parking outside adds extra convenience.

We were given a very good room looking into the street with a big bathroom. Although we were told WiFi wouldn't work in the room, I was able to see available WiFi server from my room (but it didn't work due to failure in hotel's hardware).

WiFi was not working in the hotel due to some problem with hotel's hardware.

The accommodation is very good, from the 24h reception staff to the cleaning staff are very pleasant, the rooms are spacious and in our case very bright, the situation is ideal because in just 15 minutes you are the area of the elevator, is reasonably well parked and there are several great places for breakfast and lunch nearby

We repeated this accommodation and this year we took a larger room, the bathroom was exactly the same as in the past, and was neglected, black tile joints and paint the ceiling to corrosion by moisture give it a not very nice, you could tell that they had painted the whole room recently and they lacked to finish and paint the ceiling, it's a shame because it is an accommodation that could be much nicer if they care for details. The bedspreads and pillowcases are super old too

Great location close to public transportation.

We are a married couple with a small child who loves to travel. When we go on a trip we are out all day and come back at night, all we want is a clean bed and a shower. We always look for a room with a private bathroom. The room (we asked for a quadruple room for 3) was spacious, with a double bed and 2 single beds, a bedside table with bedside lamp, a double wardrobe with hangers, blankets, a desk with chair and a chest of drawers for the luggage. There was also a small balcony . The bathroom, also spacious, with a bathtub, and even a bidet. On request, at the reception you can access to a hairdryer (which normally is not in the bathroom) . The girls at the reception - nice, open to help. As soon as you leave the hotel there is a bus stop. 760 takes you in 10 minutes to the center. At the 6th stop there is a market in the Plaza de Fugueira, where there is a good atmosphere and you can eat and drink something, listening to fado music in the background. We usually have dinner there, at very low prices. . Our plane was leaving in the afternoon, and they were kind enough to put our bags away for one last walk around the city, before saying goodbye.

It wouldn't hurt, a little reform, in general, but come on, you can't ask for more for the price.

I appreciated the friendly staff and excellent service, and enjoyed the tasty breakfast with a variety of treats like pastries, ham, and cheese.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location is excellent for our needs, very close to a public car park though it is a walk to the nearest metro station. There is a good sized breakfast room/lounge in the reception with a TV and the hotel has an elevator so carting your bags around is less of a hassle.

The room and furniture were a little 'tired', but to be fair it was clean and a good size and good value for the price.

Good location - 15 minutes walk to Rossio train station. The breakfast was diversified. Great value for money considering location, room and staff.
